Operations...

The South Trail Fire Protection and Rescue Service District operates four fire stations.  Currently there are three shifts with 22 employees on a shift (24 hours on duty and 48 hours off duty) who staff three engines, a 75-foot ladder truck, and two rescue trucks.  In addition our department has a brush truck, a small rescue boat,  a reserve engine, and a reserve ladder truck .  In the year 2007, our crews responded to a total of 7,711 calls. The Operations Division provides fire response, advanced life support response, and special operations response with specialized rescue equipment.
