Structure was a privately owned and used storage facility with a heavy fire load. 
Engine Company 61 reported heavy smoke and fire showing upon arrival. 
 

22:07 dispatched; 22:10 arrival; 01:03 controlled; 02:21 cleared
(Eng Co. 61 remained on scene all night to control flare-ups.)

Fort Myers FD, Lee Co. EMS, Lee Co. Sheriff's Office, Florida Power & Light
Mutual aid covering district - Lehigh Acres FD, Cape Coral FD, Estero FD

Fire crews successfully stopped the fire at the back firewall and saved the back section of the building.
The cause was determined to be an electrical malfunction inside the building.
