Eng. Richard Burley...

Congratulations on retiring with 30 years of service!

March 29, 2007 - Last C Shift
Engineer Richard Burley with son FF Nate Burley

I've ran my last call
And I've turned my last wheel,
Boy will I miss those firehouse meals.

I'll miss the guys on shift to who I cut no slack,
'Cause when the going got tough I knew they always had my back.

I'm taking time now to do the things I love,
Like hunting deer and hogs and even some doves.

For I'm retired now and that has been the plan,
But you can always find me...In the woods in a tree stand!
( Richard Burley)

Richard presented with gifts from his C Shift and South Trail "brothers and sisters".
