On January 12, 2002, the South Trail Fire and Rescue District celebrated the opening of Station #4 with an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The 4,731 square foot station was designed by Gora/McGahey Associates in Architecture, Inc., and was built by Compass Construction. The Engine Company quartered at Station #4 provides fire, rescue, and advanced life support emergency medical services to the Gateway community.
